Services
Bat Removal
Our certified professionals use humane exclusion techniques to permanently remove bats from attics and buildings. We install one-way exit devices that allow bats to leave but not return, then seal all entry points. The process includes safe guano removal and attic restoration to eliminate health risks from histoplasmosis. Our three-year exclusion guarantee ensures bats won't re-enter the treated structure.
Rodent Control
We address mouse infestations through comprehensive exclusion strategies that seal entry points as small as 1/4 inch. Our approach combines humane trapping with structural modifications to prevent re-entry. We also handle contaminated insulation removal and replacement to eliminate health hazards from rodent droppings and urine while restoring proper insulation R-values.
Squirrel Exclusion
Our squirrel control specialists use proven exclusion methods to remove squirrels from attics and chimneys. We repair chewed electrical wiring, replace damaged insulation, and install durable chimney caps with lifetime warranties. The process includes sealing entry points and implementing preventive measures to stop future infestations while ensuring humane treatment of wildlife.
Attic Restoration
We perform complete attic restoration after wildlife infestations, including HEPA vacuuming of contaminated insulation, disinfection of affected areas, and installation of new borate-treated insulation. Our process eliminates health risks from animal waste while restoring proper thermal performance and addressing moisture issues that could lead to mold growth.
Skunk Removal
Our team safely removes skunks from under decks and foundations using one-way exclusion doors. We decontaminate affected areas to eliminate odor-causing bacteria and apply specialized treatments to neutralize persistent smells. The process includes installing underground screening to prevent skunks from re-establishing dens near residential or commercial properties.

Nov 07, 2016 Report
I just used Gary this past October, 2016, to take care of rodents in our house. I did not know we had bats, but when we had insulation put in the attic this summer, the workers pointed out a pile of droppings. Gary was prompt when he came to give us a quote, and when I showed him the droppings in the attic, he said they were bat droppings. BUT - the good news - no signs of squirrels. We hired him, and he came back at the date and time agreed upon.

He plugged up all the holes and also made sure the bats could get out and not get back in. I am very happy with the service, as I did not just want traps set and then emptied 4x/year (which is a service my mom has on the Cape), I wanted the holes plugged up and the rodents unable to get in. I am very happy - before he did the work, I could hear mice running in the walls. Now I hear nothing. It is awesome. Highly recommend.

Gary is excellent. We have an old Victorian home that had a good sized bat colony, with plenty of holes/crevices for them to get in it. We would have as many as 15 bats annually since we moved into our home! Gary came with a helper and spent the day sealing up every hole and putting one-way doors in. The summer of 2015 is wrapping up, and I can't believe that we have had NO bats all season. I gave him a follow up phone call recently (per his request) and he came back to remove the one-way doors and seal them all up permanently (which honored his contract).

He even told us to seal up one of our screens during the follow up. Gary really cares about solving your problem, making him a great contractor. Unlike Exterminators, he understands how animals/critters behave and knows how to keep them out of your home in a safe and benevolent manner. I never write reviews, but I had to recommend him. If you have an issue with animals give him a try. It will be worth it.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work that Gary did for us. An animal (raccoon) had gotten into our chimney, which is a somewhat stressful event and prompted our call to Gary. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind; we immediately felt at ease. Gary took care of the situation and placed a cap on our chimney. He was also very honest, considerate and quite reasonably priced. In addition, Gary was prompt and efficient. My wife and I highly recommend Gary to anyone with any type of wildlife problem. Sincerely, Alan N. (P.S. Gary did not ask me to write this review; it was entirely my idea).
