I called Central Mass pest control on a Saturday morning and Paul was at my building by 2pm. He looked around and figured out where the smell was coming from and gave suggestions and order products To help get rid of the odor. He went above and beyond what was needed to help me! Thank you Paul!

I am an extremely clean person. When I found a few little brown bugs that looked like cockroaches in my house, I almost lost it! When I looked up all of the signs of having roaches in your home, I didn't have a single one-aside from the fact that I found bugs that look exactly like roaches. As I said, I'm already a very clean person but I tore my house apart &cleaned EVERYTHING.

I still found no signs-not even one bug! Just when I thought I must have overreacted, I found another brown bug. I called Central MA Pest Control & the man I spoke with was absolutely, hands down one of the most professional &honest people I have ever spoken with. He was extremely knowledgable about his line of work &set my mind at ease. He didn't scare me into hiring an exterminator-which I thought was going to be the case.

He listened to all of my concerns &explained to me that I most likely had a few Pennsylvania Wood cockroaches enter my home (which are not the type that infest). I was SO relieved. He gave me advice on how to take care of the problem myself &I really cannot thank him enough. Wonderful customer service!
