This company was recommended to me by a friend who also uses them who's parents also have been using them for years and i could see why! Service is always excellent, very professional and will explain everything they are doing on your property. I bought the yearly subscription/package and let me tell you it's worth it! When I first bought my house, the owner conveniently forgot to let us know about the carpenter ants that have been infesting this home for years.
We had so many and I called abarb immediately. Now we haven't even seen a carpenter ant and barely have any critters coming into the house. They also make sure to check your home for mice. If you're looking for an exterminator service, go with these guys.

Terrible experience. DO NOT USE! Sue was one of the rudest and most inconsiderate service operators I've ever encountered. Condescending, intentionally misleading and overall just an awful experience. We paid almost $400 for the treatment of one insect that we are still seeing an abundance of. Burning four 100 dollar bills would probably have served as more of an exterminate.

I'm a huge fan of Abarb. We've been using them since we moved into our home in 2013, and their service personnel are all very professional, quick and respectful. They come once a quarter to do a routine inspection and then they'll come out for special trips whenever you notice a specific problem. We do an annual contract so we don't have to think about it and it has worked well for us.

Truly a fantastic company. I deal with Fran and she rocks! The technicians that come to our home are on time and extremely professional and courteous. We've used them for about a year. We were fortunate that when we bought our home the previous homeowners had an extended service plan which allowed us to test their services. Overall, they have been effective in helping us deal with a nice issue and a termite issue. But, most importantly, every technician, like every single technician, is really, really nice and respectful.
