Between late June and mid-August 2018, Exterminator Cornelius Brown made five trips to a Little Rock, Ark. family home that I oversee. Initially, we suspect, he sprayed, perhaps, a diluted substance. Eventually, he used a stronger substance that required opening some windows to avoid be overtaken by its spell. Still, the roaches never fully disappeared and, at one point, seem to have worsened. I asked--and received--a refund of the $124.65 I'd paid him. I would never use him again.
