Pest Control
Our comprehensive pest control programs protect homes and businesses from ants, roaches, termites, and other common pests. Using natural insecticides, we provide monthly, bi-monthly, or annual treatments tailored to your property's needs. Each service includes attic and outlet dusting with a renewable warranty certificate for termite protection.
Termite Inspections
Professional termite inspections identify infestations and structural risks in residential and commercial properties. We provide free inspections with detailed written estimates for treatment. Our certified technicians use advanced detection methods to identify both subterranean and drywood termites before they cause significant damage.
Fumigation
Fumigation services eliminate severe pest infestations in homes and businesses. We use sulfuryl fluoride, a non-corrosive, odorless gas effective against drywood termites and bed bugs. The process includes safety certification and detailed preparation instructions to ensure complete pest eradication while maintaining occupant safety.
Lawn Care
Customized lawn care programs keep outdoor spaces pest-free and healthy year-round. Our services include insect control, fertilization, and weed management tailored to Florida's climate. Certified technicians analyze soil conditions and apply targeted treatments to maintain vibrant, pest-resistant lawns and ornamental plants.
New Construction Pretreatment
Protect new buildings with preventive treatments against termites and wood-destroying organisms. We apply Tim-Bor borate solutions to lumber and follow Florida state guidelines for soil barrier treatments. This service includes documentation and certification required for building approvals and long-term structural protection.

This guy who came to my house, is an opportunist, he claim he seen a couple of wings, when I asked where never got an answer, he claimed, there no access under my house, there's three all he needed to do was ask, he still insists on a couple of wings on the floor some where in the house but, still would not show them to me, quote and unquote, he told me his report will remark that he seen a couple of wings, that not saying that there is termites, but there is a chance, When he wrote his report, man you think my house is so affected with termites, you can see them everywhere, and that's not true, I just had a four point inspection on February 19 2022, the guy only thing he said to my is, if I get more installation I can save a whole lot of money on electricity but he gave my roof of 10 plus year, I don't recommend Cox

Had Cox come and treat our yard for ants. They came out and gave an estimate, then came back a few days later to do the job. Within 2-3 days we saw a noticeable difference in the amount of ants in our yard. They were quick and did a great job! Service: Ant extermination

Had them treat our church building recently for dry wood termites. Excellent, professional service at a fair price. Paul Cox was very good to deal with. We decided to go ahead and try their lawn service, too. The first application made a notable difference. Even at this time of year the grass is evidently healthier and we are very pleased. Highly recommended.
