Whenever possible, the pest inspection is completed at the same time as the home inspection. We are affiliate members of the Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors with SentriLock key-box access. All inspection reports are emailed the same day of the inspection once payment is received. All findings are confidential and the paperwork is kept on file just in case you need an additional copy.
