We apply EPA-registered insecticides to breeding areas while implementing long-term solutions for standing water management. I really appreciated Pied Piper for doing a great job with their termite service. They installed Sentricon system around my house last year (better quote than others). The technician Gustav is great. He is professional, on time and friendly. I even went into crawlspace to see how the termite colony being taken cared of last year. Gustav came back to do the annual inspection, and everything was checked out good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent ongoing, routine pest control service! Timely, responsive, always professional! Joe calls to check in and ask if I have any specific questions, concerns, or areas I want him to specifically address during upcoming visits (I never have any trouble spots because he does such a great job on his routine visits!). He reminds me about upcoming visits and calls when he's en route. I highly recommend!

Mr. James called before arriving to my property. He mentioned that he was running a head of time and wanted to know if he could come earlier and I was available. He came in and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Mr. James inspected the property informed me that there was no active termites and that if I had any concerns to feel free to contact the office. Again, the level of professionalism was unmatched! Hats off Pied Piper for having a gem on your team.

We just experienced rats running above the ceiling tiles in my office. Julius placed many traps stategically, and siad that he'd be back in two days to check traps. He also explained the nature of the beast, and now I have some peace of mind that comes with knowledge. Thanks Julius, and Thanks Pied Piper. Job well done!

I am thoroughly pleased with the service Pied Piper Pest Control Inc. provided. Everyone that I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I haven't received service like this in a long time. Jacque was the consummate professional. He even made sure to update me during the closure of the interstate. This company helped me see "the silver lining" in a difficult situation.

We initially used Pied Piper for termite control. Jeff came out, did an assessment, and explained to us the options of bait traps vs. liquid treatment (They use bait traps.). No hard sell, but informative assessment of both options. After a few estimates, we went with them, and their service has been friendly and personal - what you would expect from a local small business. And the termites are gone :-) We recently signed up for their pest control contract, and our experience has been the same - professional, prompt, predictable, and personalized. They are an effective local small business that will get the job done and that you can feel good about supporting.

The folks at Pied Piper are so helpful, communicative, and professional. I had an urgent pest situation develop in my home over the weekend, and although they are closed on the weekends, they scheduled me in as soon as they could at the start of the week. The associate that came out for treatment was not only on time, but even a few minutes early, which I *very much* appreciate. He was kind, honest, and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend these guys!
