What a life saver! I installed 3 palettes of beautiful St. Augustine a couple weeks ago and everything seemed to be okay until week two when my once lush new grass began dying at an alarming rate. I panicked and called my sod provider who sent me straight to PCSS. Even though they were booked out 4 days, they knew I was up against the clock and went above and beyond to connect me with one of their best field guys.
Enter Chuck. He's been doing this for 30 years and boy does he know his stuff. Chuck called me personally within the hour, calmed me down, requested pictures, and made it out here the very next day! He made me feel confident that I could actually save my grass, explained everything, answered a million questions, came up with a short and long term plan, and applied the first treatment. In just 24 hours I'm seeing an improvement.
I can't believe it! Thanks to everyone who was kind and understanding at PCSS and especially Chuck who turned a very bad situation into an educational experience. Saved my time. Saved my money. Saved my lovely yard. THANK YOU!

Leonard, Reese, and Jason were all recently out at my home for my rodent extermination. They were all very friendly and professional and took their time explaining how the process works, what they recommend, and how they each played a part in the extermination of the rodents in my attic. The process was very smooth and now now my attic is rodent free and I'm happy! Definitely recommend this company and these 3 gentlemen!

We hired them to do a one time service to get rid of ants. They have come out 3 times so far and we still have ants. When I called the office to get them to come again or get a refund, I spoke to Alex who was unfriendly and impatient, he did not give forth any resolution as to why we still have ants and how they can resolve the issue we hired them for. I was very disappointed.
Philip G.
The PCSS technician is always exactly on time, friendly, informative and self assured. Two previous pest control companies were unable to eliminate ants that were once our biggest problem. Our pest problems have been reduced to nothing since we started with PCSS several years ago.

It looks like some of the reviews on this feed are incorrect or left a review on another company...With that being said we have used this company for years and hands down is the best Pest Control company I have ever used , They come out once a year for a booster and to this day the only bugs I see are dead ones and that's the way my wife likes it. Pest Control solutions(Julian and Colby the owners) Thank you for your attention to detail and keeping my home bug free
