Drew came and sprayed for bugs and set out mouse traps. He was very friendly and professional. We've used Alpine Pest Control before and what they sprayed took care of the problem. Definitely recommend! Service: Rodent extermination

Drew was very awesome! He knew the hit spots of where pest would want to hide, and setup traps in those areas. He was super knowledgeable of the high rate pests in our are, and was able to make recommendations for for good treatment. Services: Ant extermination, Hornet & wasp extermination

I had Alpine pest control spray my mother's home in Sandy as she had an infestation of pesky Elm bugs. A week later they were still crawling all over her deck and sliding glass door so Carter came back and did a heavy re-spray today and saturated the problem areas. Carter and Troy are amazing to work with but the person who takes the calls and set appointments won't be so friendly if you need a touchup.

Troy always take care of our home, we have been using this service for 3 years now, and we are always happy and satisfied! My house has a lot of spiders since is an older home and it normally take only once to solve our issue until the next year! I really recommend, and you can always call and request Troy! I had the pleasure of working with Dustin and Alpine this past week. Since his visit I have not seen any bugs or wasps. I am now able to go out on my back patio and enjoy the fresh air! Due to the current situation our communication was via phone. Dustin called me upon arriving at my home and took the time to explain the entire process and expected outcomes. Alpine also provides each customer with their own portal where you receive messages regarding your service and what they found on your property.
That is very helpful and believe me when you know what was out there, you are so happy to have a company like Alpine to take care of it! I am new to Texas and he even offered to help out if I needed anything (not related to pest control.) His personal touch went a long way with me. I highly recommend Alpine Pest Control.

I've lived in my house for 4 years. Every spring/summer my house is over run by box elder bugs. This year I decided to try a professional pest control. They sprayed and within a couple of days all the box elder bugs were gone. I'm so satisfied and happy to finally have a summer where they are not crawling all over my house!

Austin sprayed our house last week for Wasps and ants. I have had other companies in the past, but none have done even close to as good of a job. He was very thorough. He removed the wasps nests and I no longer have ants taking over my kitchen. Thank You Austin!

Troy came out and was super awesome! He did a great job, was extremely professional and friendly. He explained everything to me as he worked to make sure I had an understanding of what he was doing. Alpine Pest Control was the best pest control service I've ever used. They were on-time, cost effective, easy to get appointments and were quick to respond to calls. Used these guys last year for 6 months and saw no improvements on our ants issue. Called on Dec. 2016 and talked to Abbie to request cancellation. Thought the contract has been cancelled, but today, Ken (the owner) showed up and said I made the appointment for the service which I didn't. I am not happy with the way they handled this and forced us honor the contract even there is no conversation took place requesting email when I called Dec. 2016.

EDIT: They called back -- owned up to their mistake. They had accidentally scheduled the wrong time. During the call they asked if they could send a technician ASAP. I agreed. They sent Troy and he's done a good job. Since they owned up and turned it around, I changed my star rating. I bought a Groupon for a pest control service. They rescheduled on my first appointment on account of rain (the spray would be diluted in rain).
So on the rescheduled date (two days from initial appointment) they gave me a two hour window (9-11) for when they would arrive. They never came in that window. Never called. I called their line and no one answered. Left a message and haven't gotten a call back yet. Considering my day was arranged around this appointment, I'm very ticked off.

Used these guys from a LivingSocial deal. I've spent more in mitigation efforts following their assault of my home than I did on the original deal! Totally dissatisfied! Arrived 90 minutes early then rushed through everything. Spray was everywhere (walls, kitchen cabinets, light switches, door handles), gave no opportunity to move items in garage away from walls so spray didn't go where it was needed and did go everywhere it shouldn't have gone (boxes, bicycles, tools, shoes, pet food bags).
Outside was no better.spray everywhere with no control or precision as to where product was applied. Every window in the house is covered by a milky white film. Residue on siding looks terrible. Granular product was spread all over patio furniture. Unprofessional at best, dangerous or deadly at worst.

I have had ants in my kitchen for the last two years since moving to Salt Lake. I tried one other company and they could not get rid of them for me. Since switching to ALpine, Troy has keep done a great job of keeping the ants away! I would highly recommend calling these guys. Thanks Troy!!!

Alpine really does got out of therr way for the customer. I was impressed when Stewart found the mouse hole and sealed it, rather than just treat and leave. I can sleep well now that I don't hear mice anymore. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We have been with Alpine Pest Control for several years now. The technicians working on our house have been professional and qualified.
