For several years now John, Paige and the crew at Focus Pest Management have not only controlled the insect population, they also keep my grass treated for weeds and fed, along with my shrubs. I count on Focus and they deliver!

About 18 years ago, we resodded our entire lawn and it was beautiful and thick. We hired another company and over time our lawn ended up patchy, weedy and general thinned out. I would occasionally witness the lawn company worker jogging through the lawn while he fertilized it. Always seemed to be in a huge hurry and done in under 10 minutes. After numerous complaints and our yard still looking bad, we switched to Focus Pest Management.
I have haven't see my yard looking this lush, thick and green since the day we resodded. We are thrilled with the results along with their customer service! I highly recommend them. - Kristin S. in Woodstock

I had bats in my attic. Left a message yesterday, got a call first thing this morning, John came out today and no more bats! He showed up well within the 2 hour timeframe I was given, and did a great job! Will use them again in the future.

I've used Focus Pest for two different aspects. The first was to deal with a Squirrel issue, while we were on vacation one got into the house for about 12 days (that's a long story in itself.) John and his team came out the following day and did a full house inspection to see how it got in and then did a great job and securing the house so it wouldn't happen again. Both John and his colleague really know their stuff, they know what to look for and educate you as they go through the house.
They get 5 stars for this part. I also use Focus to treat my lawn. They do a good job the plan is to have them come every 2 months and fertilize my lawn and treat for weeds. The only reason why they don't have 5 stars is I still have a few weeds left after 2 treatments, but not as many as i started with. My lawn does look a lot healthier though. As mentioned in a review below you deal with John directly which is great, no salesperson no middleman.

I got an extremely reasonable price and they solved my rodent problem in less than 2 hours! In addition to exceptional service, they pointed out to me a hazard that my less than satisfactory landlord had not ever mentioned to me! I will use them for any and all future problems I encounter. I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

We first called John because we moved into our house and found a 4 foot snakeskin hanging in the basement. John came and set up several humane traps from the basement to the attic. He also sealed our entire house top to bottom to keep any more creatures from coming in. We also found MANY tics on us and the dogs every time we went outside. Inside we found 5 black scorpions the first week we moved in. John sprayed the yard for tics and Mosquitos and used an awesome all natural substance inside the house.
Absolutely no more bugs for us! Never another tic from the very day he treated the yard and never anymore bugs in the house. John and his sweet wife Paige come regularly and keep our yard and house bug and snake free. We now consider them friends other than our pest control company. And most important of all, our dogs love them and John and Paige love to see them too. Wonderful company and even better people!

John recently came to our home to apply products to help us get rid of a german cockroach problem. They are hard to get rid of! He is very knowledgeable about pest control and knew exactly what to do. He is very courteous and is willing to share his knowledge with you. He told us what he was doing and why, and even shared info about the products he was using. I highly recommend using his service.
He uses natural/ botanical ingredients, so you don't have to worry about harmful chemicals being in your home. He uses a multi step process to get rid of the pest problem. He also is willing to come back to take care of the problem if it's not eradicated after the initial treatment. Great pest control service!

We initially hired these guys because of their use of organic pesticides. With small children and pets in our home, we didn't like the idea of spraying harsh chemicals. John and his team are always professional and are passionate about what they do. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for family friendly pest control services.

We had Focus Pest Management help us get rid of some critters that had gotten into our attic. They were very professional and had the right equipment to do the job. Their extensive experience meant that they knew just where to look to find all the access points and seal them. They trapped all the remaining rodents within about a week. The job was finished a couple months ago and we haven't had a problem since. I highly recommend them. The money we spent was well worth it!

I had a rodent problem in my attic and in between floors. John was very professional and showed great customer service. He was always here on time when he said he would. Also, the quality of the work was amazing. Was able to trap and remove the rodent. I also had barriers put up for a ceiling gap. All of the workers were fast and efficient.
Lastly, they cleaned up any mess they made
Very happy with the service from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend Focus to anyone who is having rodent issues
