They are great! We had a TON of beetles, they were infesting our house. I attempted to spray myself and couldn't get rid of them. A friend recommended Preventive and we have been very happy! They got rid of all the beetles within a week, and we never see any bugs around!

I have been a customer of Preventive since around 2015 and will not use anyone else. They use products that are safe for pets and children, their staff and customer service are outstanding. The office staff are friendly and helpful and the techs are courteous and knowledgeable. They don't try to nickel and dime their customers, and instead focus on customer care. And they do a great job. I had several scorpions when I moved in to my home and now I have none. I also appreciate the reminder texts.

Preventive Pest Control is great! They have regularly serviced my houses for an affordable price for the last 6 years. They have serviced my parents house for twice that time! Last year I had a scorpion find its way into my kitchen and Preventive was there the next day to take some extra measures so that wouldn't happen again. And it's worked!

Great experience! I've had three estimates, and will go with this company. They showed me things the other two companies never pointed out. Their price is a little more but between what they do and the warranty I believe they are t he best for the money. Service: Termite inspection

Very poor service! Met the owner at the Phoenix Home Show, seemed really nice. We signed up for service along with our 2 daughters. The owner made all sorts of guarantees of spectacular service. The first treatment the rep showed up late and then wasn't going to perform the treatment as the owner had described and promised, so we sent him away. They called apologized and rescheduled. After the rescheduled treatment we were still seeing bugs?
The next scheduled treatment the rep never showed in the window provided? So the service never happened. We gave this guy 3 customers, yet he didn't value us as clients? We missed 3 days of work and only got 1 treatment. That's very expensive if you ask me? Worst extermination company ever! Do not use Preventive, get a more reliable extermination team.

They promised to take care of the problem, and right away, the residents began to tell us that the roaches were going away.
