Anthony is fantastic! Highly recommend if you are going to use this company, request Anthony. The lady in office is extremely unprofessional. It's too bad as Anthony has done my house for multiple years and done great, with a small misunderstanding of payment and not having someone collect a payment on a day they were supposed to come pick it up and service the house, the lady in the office just canceled and didn't have our guy show, did not call or anything.

When I called to clear it up and pay over the phone, the lady tried to belittle me and would not even listen to the misunderstanding. Unfortunately I had to fire them as a company (of course after I paid). They clearly could have looked at my account and seen the YEARS of loyalty of me using them that this was not a big issue, but the unprofessionalism of the office manager and horrible customer service on her side left me with no choice. Critical: Professionalism Brian came out to my daughter's home and didn't wear a mask, which is mandated, and stated the reason he didn't was because he wasn't asked to wear one. It's his responsibility to wear a mask because it is "mandated". It is also the companies responsibility to enforce it.
