I couldn't recommend this company enough. They come in, they take care of business both inside and outside. We've dealt with a couple of the well known companies in the past and they come in and then tell you to empty and completely clean out every cabinet and drawer before they'll even start work. It's a major headache. A1 tells you to just leave everything alone. They have made a couple of quick follow up visits and we have not seen one pest inside our home since their first visit.

When new wasp nests pop up on our patio, they're happy to get rid of them for us. We needed their help during the beginning of COVID, and wore masks for the original visit and every follow-up visit. I am so glad my husband decided call this company over the big names. I honestly hope we won't ever have to use them again, but I have peace of mind knowing how great they are should I ever need their help again.

We have been using A-1 since 2011 and have always had exceptional service! The technicians and owners are consistently professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We have been especially impressed with Red the technician, who is attentive to our concerns and is incredibly thorough when treating our house. When we have had any questions ( regarding safety of chemicals while pregnant and safety for small children/pets), Liz has been very patient and helpful while answering all of our questions. Additionally, the pricing is fair and they come back for free in between services if you have any pest problems. In the 8 years we have been using A-1, we have only had to call once for in between service. We recommend A-1 for anyone looking for great pest control service at a great price!

Horrible company! Over 10 trips to stop a problem and the problem continued? Plus they billed me a service they never provided. They a website to request service yet they complain to you when it doesn't work. If it doesn't work, don't have it. Terrible experience with this company.

We love A1 Pest Control! They are very responsive and professional. When we first moved into our home there were wasps everywhere. They were eradicated immediately around the house and in our yard. In the spring, our ant hills have always been a concern with our kids and this service eliminates them as well. We have been with this service for three years and are very pleased. Brian always lets us know he is here for the service and asks for any concerns we might have. We even had a squirrel stuck in our attic and they helped us try and get the squirrel out. If you live in Florida, this service is a must have!

In September, I moved into condo and immediately discovered a bed bug infestation. I am a single mother of two small children who was starting fresh, so to find that all my brand new belongings had been contaminated and my children had been exposed to parasites was devastating. Liz was the person I was in contact with at A-1 and she REALLY went out of her way to make me feel better and provided me with information to help me better understand what I was dealing with.

These people know their stuff! They are friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They are also very fair and they never once made me feel like I was just another customer. Liz even reached out to me a while after my treatment to extend her well wishes and offer me a free inspection, once my kids & I get settled in our new place. They are nothing short of amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with pests.

Great service! I called and left them a message on a Sunday and received a call first thing Monday. Stephanie was our tech and my wife loved how thorough she was. Every nook and cranny! She gave me a small honey do list for preventive Maintanence and assured me that their will is much larger than a bugs will to survive. Five star service!

This is my first yelp review and first time using an exterminator. After battling a war against fleas from June thru October I had to give in and call in the big guns. I have two small children and two indoor cats. I wanted to use the least harmful chemicals and treat the animals so as not to expose my 2 and 4 yr old to anything harmful. I gave it my all but my 4 yr old is so allergic to bites and there was a resurgence so I had to call someone for help. A1 has been amazing.

So so so easy to work with. I called and they got to my house in 2 days. I'm a working mom so I left a key and they sprayed. The second time they were there I forgot to put the cats in the garage and they did it for me because they were very concerned about their well being. One cat is as mean as can be and they took care of it for us. They are a small business but the professionalism, care, concern and the time they spent consulting and providing advice to me was priceless. I cannot recommend a better company. I told the a1 team to use me as a reference because I can vouch to what a great job they did and so accommodating and professional!

I had Massey and for MONTHS, I still had roaches. Call, they would come out and NOTHING! Still had roaches! Now I thought this was a reputable company until I did some digging (mainly to switch to another pest control place), and I found that this company is a bit shady. Any ways I called a few other places to get quotes and when I called A1, I was more comfortable talking to that gentleman over the phone than I was talking to Orkin in person.

We recently purchased our first home and it is wonderful but as often happens, the german roaches started to claim it as their own but refused to help pay the mortgage! We called A1HP Inc. to help evict them after googling and seeing the amazing reviews and star ratings. They have NOT disappointed! We paid $250 and they came and treated the house, they just did a follow up treatment today and asked how the last one went (I've only seen 3 roaches since the first treatment...

I was averaging seeing 3 or more a day before they came!), and they will be back in a few weeks for a final follow up. We have James as our technician and he was quick, efficient, very friendly, and helpful! If the bugs ever come back we won't hesitate to use this company again!

Excellent customer service, and they make it easy by focusing on the outside of the house (unless you need them to come inside like we did the first visit). I called A1 three weeks prior to my scheduled service because I noted unusual insect activity in and outside my home (could have been caused by the Hurricane Irma). I asked if the service date could be changed for a current date. Brian was very courteous and understanding of my request -- the revised service was scheduled within the next several days. James arrived with a smile, as usual, and we discussed my 'bug problem'. James explained about the pipes under my sinks where the wall was not cut correctly and allowed for a space for the bugs to enter. He explained to me how to correct this problem. This I will do promptly. A1 is a great company and I would recommend their services to anyone!

A1 is a great company to do business with. Brian explains everything in detail and is extremely nice. His wife Liz runs the business from the phone end and is a pleasure to talk to as well. They show up when they say they will. The ants in Florida have been a big problem this year for a lot of folks but thanks to A1 the problem is being taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Brian Bedford is your technician that provides pest control for my house. He has only been to my house 3 or 4 times, but that short period he has demonstrated a thoroughness that impressed me. I've been satisfied with the technicians who came before Brian but in my opinion he is doing the best job of any of the technicians that have been to my house over all the years I've been with this company.
