They actually have my best interest at heart when they could have easily encouraged me to spend money but they weighed the results and recommended against the service I was contemplating. Met my expectations by capturing 7 chipmunks and a squirrel even relocated to their property. Here are my concerns: Was not happy with communication with Techs was unaware of my end date and was surprised when all traps were taken. Suggest either text message or phone mail msg confirming last day of services. Was not happy with sarcastic communication with Ms. Vernon regarding my texting techs at end of day informing them of the animals trapped and being accused of romping around the traps when I clearly saw the cage was closed and an animal was inside.
Also be aware how to open and close traps as we had a bird caught and upon release were informed we broke the trap. I feel $350 was a lot of money for this process especially when you can purchase the traps from Ace Hardware for $19.99 put honey, peanut butter and some corn and relocate the critters to the woods yourself. This was a learning experience for me. In my 30 years as a business professional I've learned the customer is always right and should be treated with respect not condemned for honest feedback.

Southern pest management helped when my mother's house had a fast growing rat population. Dealing with this company was like calling up a friend to help you.i must have talked to Verron 30 times by phone(you don't have to), but she is always there to answer, and her guys were friendly, fast AND trustworthy to have in moms house.it'a family run business, prices better than others and the rats, well, they never complained.call this company!

Great company that has handled my pest issues over many years and multiple residences It is always a pleasure to schedule with the office and work with their technicians. Each visit includes courteous and non-invasive engagements. Even in inclement weather they are diligence in checking traps and insuring any trapped animals are cared for.

Richard came out on a Saturday with short notice and removed a bald-faced hornet nest from shrubs in our front yard. He was quick, professional, safe, and explained about the nest and hornets when he was done. I wouldn't hesitate to call Southern Wildlife Management again in the future!
