I've used Shaun multiple times for my Veterans, VA Mortgage Clients. The VA Mortgage requires a termite inspection, aka Wood Destroying Organism or WDO Inspection. The team is super kind and understanding. They came over to help with a flea problem and were very informative on explaining the issue/pest, the ways it can be resolved, and calming any fears I had, especially considering I have a cat. They are happy to follow up and make sure that their solution worked and that the issue is resolving itself.
