Pest Control
Our comprehensive pest control addresses common Arizona pests including ants, roaches, and spiders. Technicians create customized treatment plans using eco-friendly methods that target infestations at their source while minimizing chemical exposure. Regular maintenance programs prevent future invasions through strategic home sealing and perimeter treatments.
Termite Control
Specialized termite control features the exclusive four-year subterranean termite warranty. Our certified inspectors identify hidden colonies using advanced detection methods. Treatment combines targeted baiting systems and soil treatments to eliminate existing infestations and prevent structural damage to residential and commercial properties.
Weed Control
Customized weed management programs combat desert-hardy invasive species through pre-emergent barriers and targeted herbicide applications. Our eco-conscious approach reduces chemical use by 40% compared to standard treatments while protecting desirable vegetation and preventing pest breeding grounds around residential and commercial properties.
Home Sealing
Professional home sealing closes 90% of potential pest entry points by sealing gaps around foundations, windows, and utility penetrations. This proactive measure complements regular pest treatments by creating physical barriers against scorpions, rodents, and insects while improving energy efficiency in Arizona's climate.
Bird Control
Humanitarian bird control solutions address roof-damaging pest birds through netting installations and deterrent systems. Our technicians implement exclusion strategies that comply with migratory bird protections while preventing nesting in commercial properties and residential eaves across Phoenix metropolitan areas.

The service person arrived on time and was friendly. However, the price of the one time fee was $108.pretty high for the five minutes he was here. I hope the spraying helps get rid of the black widows and other bugs

Paid Sexton pest control 75 dollars once and never saw a decrease in roaches. Then spoke on phone about it and was told ",o h yours was done during the rain" then paid them 35 more dollars when it was dry and still saw no reduction and said I thought he was not thorough made him do extra areas. Such as electronics and overhead. Then they wanted to come back for more money. We turned them away. Then Tonite I found a hoard nesting and breeding. Destroyed them with Raid. Love Raid.
