Rob is awesome! I have used him as my "bug guy" for a few years. I had issues with ants and scorpions before using his service and haven't had issues since. He will do follow up visits to make it right if the initial service doesn't fix the problem when you have regular service. He sends friendly reminder texts before coming out and shows up on time. We had been having pigeon troubles with our house because of our small balcony decoration ever since we moved in, and we should have taken care of it sooner. It was becoming a major health hazard with all the pigeon droppings on our driveway! Within a day of calling Rob to come out and look at our problem he arrived and walked us through the plan to get rid of the pigeons. Once we signed with him he came out special on a Saturday morning to install all his equipment and clean up.

He was finished in less than 4 hours! He cleaned up all the droppings so well it looked like they were never there. A few days later we noticed that the pigeons had found a new spot on our house to rest and continue their droppings. I immediately contacted Rob and he came out within a few days to put up more fencing and clean up the new mess they made. He did not charge us for the new equipment or for the additional work done.
