I had an excellent experience and service. Technician was nice and he was a good listener, thoughtful and respectful as he moved about the house. I especially appreciate that this company treats effectively and completely without overdoing it on the chemicals as they carefully tailor each job, in my experience. They're the Best! I called to make an appointment for an inspection on Monday, and they were able to get me on their schedule for the next day. Travis arrived on time, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and completed a thorough visual inspection of the perimeter of the house and in the garage. He explained what he was looking for so we can occasionally inspect the house ourselves and pointed out which areas were more susceptible to future issues.
He also explained the habits of termites and ants and what would be concerning enough to schedule for treatment. We were very impressed by the service we received and will definitely use them if and when we need pest control services in the future.
