5-Stars. A+. Our technician Zach was on time, professional, personable, & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in detail the services we were receiving, the locations of the home he was servicing and why, and most importantly he considered the safety of my family when spraying the chemicals and setting up the traps. Looking forward to continuing business with Midwest Pest Control and hope we can continue to work with Zach regularly moving forward, he did an outstanding job!

Awful the spray was fine however the tech skipped a lot of spots exterminators I've worked with in the past do. No garage, etc. I then decided to cancel my contract and switch to another company and ran into a multitude of issues doing so. Whomever runs the companies customer service sucks. Between giving me the wrong original date for my appointment over the phone, and then giving me the run around when I tried to cancel (such as telling me the tech came that day and I'd be charged thank god for cameras!) I would definitely not recommend the actual service and customer service were both sub par.

Anthony was very nice and professional. He did a thorough job of explaining the services he was providing. All employees I've spoken to via phone, email, and in person have been very informative and responsive in a timely manner. When I expressed my concerns about ants, they pushed my appointment up sooner and sent somebody that week. They have been very great to work with thus far.

We've used Midwest for nearly a year now and have been very happy with their service. They're very thorough when explaining what they're going to do with each treatment and how it will work to keep away bugs and pests. We made an "emergency" call when mice got into our basement and they came out right away to take care of it for us. Problem solved. Zach and Anthony have both been out as our service techs and clearly keep great notes as they always say hello to my dog by name and are super personable. We're happy customers
