We were using another company that didn't come out for the service as scheduled and could never be reached. Dandi was able to get us scheduled the next day, and they always answer the phone or call us right back! Everyone we've spoken to has been helpful and friendly! Terrific service, reasonable pricing, accountable and knowledgeable staff. The tech from Dandi was pleasant and a real professional. His attitude was friendly but focused on the work. He was extremely thorough in treating the house, and showed a great deal of knowledge about the products and processes they use. I felt like I was getting the service I was paying for.
