Thanks for such impeccable work managing the pests at our home. You always come with a smile and a great attitude. Very very rare today. And you genuinely care. No matter which Gell family member services my lawn, interior or termite protection, they are always pleasant, kind and professional. Bruce came the day after I had returned from an extended road trip and worked his way around half unpacked luggage and boxes without complaint. Thanks for the excellent service! I never hesitate to recommend NIX PM.

I called Nix last year after getting brand new floritam sod. It was the second time that I sodded in the last 2 years and I neglected the first sod so much that it had to be re-done. So, on round two, I didn't want to take any chances that the bugs would ruin my investment. I call other companies but settled on Nix because they weren't pushy and didn't tie me into a service contract or try to upsell me on services.

Their prices are reasonable and they call me and ask me when I want a treatment. If I don't think the lawn needs it, they will simply call me on the next cycle. On one occasion, I saw brown spots a few weeks after treatment and called. They were out the next day to re-treat for free. Extra kudos to Bruce who is very friendly and concerned about my lawn!
