I own an old house in St Petersburg, and have been having issues with rats since I moved in 3 years ago. After spending several thousand dollars with one Wildlife Eviction Company, the owner stopped returning my phone calls. I called Dr Critter, Critter Jim came to my house 4 days later, listened to what I said, looked at the results of the smoke test my previous Eviction Company ordered but never really reviewed, found the problem, and I finally seem to be rat free! Critter Jim also remediated my attic so the smell is dissipating. Critter Jim will come back in 3 months to follow up, but, I have not heard a sound from my attic.

After 3 very frustrating years with my previous company, with no results and a big debit in my checkbook, to say I am very pleased with Critter Jim's prompt, courteous, efficient, effective service, is an understatement!

Critter Jim and Aaron are very professional, and showed me roof vent squirrel damage that I knew nothing about. Not only did they catch the nuisance squirrel the first night, Aaron repaired the roof vents when he came to pick up the squirrel. I am very impressed with this company. Many thanks for humanely taking care of the squirrel with which I had a love/hate relationship.

Aaron showed up on time and called before they got here. They were very polite and considerate. They asked if I would require mask to be worn while in the premises, which I certainly appreciated. They explained the complete process, along with what portion would be done today, and what would be done in a day or two. I was also informed on how and when to monitor the cage, and call them when the cage is occupied. They will come and remove it. I feel very confident that my little fuzzy friend will be spending the holiday somewhere else =
