Services
Termite Inspection
Our comprehensive termite inspections identify drywood and subterranean termite activity, structural damage, and preventive needs. We provide detailed reports and Section 1/Section 2 clearance documentation for real estate transactions. Inspections are conducted by licensed professionals with expertise in Southern California's pest challenges.
Fumigation (Tenting)
Fumigation eliminates widespread termite infestations using Vikane gas, which penetrates wood structures for complete eradication. We handle preparation, tenting, and post-treatment safety protocols. This method is ideal for severe infestations where localized treatments are insufficient.
Local Spot Treatment
Localized treatments address isolated termite activity without whole-structure fumigation. We use precision methods like orange oil or Termidor injections to eliminate colonies in specific areas, minimizing disruption and cost for homeowners.
Dry Rot Repair
We repair structural damage caused by dry rot and fungus, replacing compromised wood and treating affected areas to prevent recurrence. Our licensed contractors ensure repairs meet building codes and restore structural integrity for long-term durability.
Escrow Certifications
Our real estate specialists provide rapid, accurate termite clearance reports for property transactions. We offer same-day inspections and next-day emailed reports, ensuring smooth escrow processes for agents and homeowners in Southern California's competitive market.

Marc and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. When he came to give us a termite check, he was on time, efficient and thorough. His repair estimate was incredibly reasonable, he got me on the schedule quickly, and his team did amazing work. We thought we just needed a few patches, they basically rebuilt our pergola, so now it looks better than new. Would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone who needs termite inspection and/or repair.

If you are looking for the ultimate termite professional Marc is your guy! My wife and I are purchasing an older home and needed an honest, unbiased assessment of any termite issues. Marc came highly recommended and we were so thrilled with him. He was beyond thorough in his inspection of the property and spent as much time as we needed answering any questions that we had. He was the most knowledgeable inspector we had on the property and we would use him again in a heartbeat.

Had recent evidence of termite activity in my master bath. Called Quantum and Scheduled an inspection with Marc. He was knowledgeable, extremely professional and definitely "knew his stuff" there was no hard sell and no gloom and doom scenario. I received a written plan of action as to what he felt best to handle the problem. The estimate was fair and the work completed quickly. Thank you Quantum for making this a stress free process.

I can't say enough about Quantum and in particular, Marc DeShane. I first meet Marc a couple years ago after purchasing a home that had extensive termite damage that was not caught during the inspection or disclosed during the sale. I won't bore with the stories of the hack job termite treat and repair companies I spoke with before Calling Quantum. Marc helped me plan and execute all the reconstruction that was required.
It was fantastic working with Quantum during such a stressful time. Since that time, I have worked with Quantum on several other projects including regular termite treatments. Marc is extremely organized and detail oriented. He thinks through the project ahead of time, shows up prepared and on time, and does fantastic work. I simply won't call anyone else for construction or termite needs.

Marc DeShane is the ultimate professional. I called him to do a termite inspection prior to painting the exterior of my house. He responded quickly to my initial call; made the appointment within a reasonable time; was sensitive to my time constraints; and performed the inspection including a verbal report the next working day. (I called him Friday afternoon and the inspection was completed the following Monday afternoon.) He is friendly and very honest. The added bonus was that he is a local businessman. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of termite services. You won't be disappointed!
