Kudo's to Austin, who was the service tech at a rental home I own. Thanks to Austin, my tenant is happy once again, with no infestation in her basement. Austin not only took care of the problem but also found a solution to prevent future Infestations. IPM services truly is an integrated pest management company Helping to resolve the issue not just putting a band-aid on it. Also, I live 45 miles from my rental and Austin kept constant contact with me, so that I knew what was going on, without needing to ask my tenant. I will look no further for future needs!
