I think this place is a dream come true! I still can't believe that after almost 2 years, we still don't have any fleas. We have 9 cats and dogs, so you can imagine our ongoing flea nightmare. NO MORE! And I'm just an ordinary customer. My vet recommended this place, and I am thrilled!

I would def. use your service again on the Strength of him being very aware of the issues at hand. I just thought you should know about his positive performance! **Im not a Family member, as other reviewer mentioned** As far as the product itself I will update as of its effectiveness. Buyer beware: This product is marketed with money back guarantee but trying getting your money back and try finding courteous customer service--I didn't. I contacted customer service and they tried to talk me out of return and wanted to ship me more product. I didn't want this. I was told by customer service to mail back empty container when product was ineffective for me. I went to the trouble to find a box and go to pack and ship store as advised.
Never received refund. Months later, contacted this company and was told I should have returned it to vet. (Not the instructions they gave me over phone). individual I spoke with was plain rude and repeatedly cut off my sentences. When I asked for owner, she said she WAS the owner. Next thing I knew-a male I'd spoken with previously answered the phone and was also quite rude, raised voices and denied I would have been told to mail back pkg. Said they'd only refund me half the amt.
My vet got involved also, to no avail. I had slip proving I'd mailed the pkg. They said they never got it and that I shouldn't have mailed it, even though they asked me to. Insane experience and fleas remain!
