Excellent, probably the best pest and termite service on the Northshore. I had a terrible experience with Terminix so last year, was looking for another company and Arrow came highly recommended. I had a termite issue inside the house/ office and Arrow made 4 visits every 15 days for couple of months to check the dry wall and put the centricon system/ poison in till the entire colony was dead. They didn't charge anything extra either.

Their customer service is amazing and always give prompt appointments and their guys are professionals and always show up on time. I've both pest control service (quarterly) and termite (biannual) with Arrow and have no issues whatsoever. I would recommend Arrow to anyone and everyone.

I use Arrow for termites and they are expensive. They charge me about $125 every 6 months and only come out one time to check the termites traps in the 6 month term. The reason i stay with them is because the service includes termite insurance. Also, i don't like that a representative threatened to take away my termites traps if i don't continue the service when i never told them i wanted to cancel the service. My gate stays locked and if i don't know they are coming I'm not leaving it open. I have called the office about this but they still pop up with out notice.

Misty was my pest control technician today, for my first visit. She was very thorough, neat, and communicative. She told me about all of the products she would use and where she would use them before she started. Misty asked if I had any pets or kids which I don't but, while we were talking, my neighbor's chickens showed up in my yard. Misty. explained that she would make a note in my records so she or any future techs would know to not use any products that might harm my neighbor's pets! I am very happy with Misty and the job she did both inside and out. I highly recommend Arrow Pet Control in general and Misty specifically.
