We just had our yearly termite inspection from Palmetto Exterminators. We could not be more satisfied. Their service technician Jason has done our inspection and yearly treatment for the last two years. He is great. Hard working great personality and very detailed to making sure his customers are satisfied. We will definitely request his service again next year. Thanks Jason The Bugs are on the Run

THEY HAVE NOT COME OUT I HAVE PAID THEM. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A FEW WEEKS UNTIL THEY COME TO MY HOME. BUT THE RECEIPT FROM THE PAYMENT SHOWS SERVICE SET FOR THE DATE THAT I PAID? NOW I AM GETTING THIS REQUEST TO COMPLETE A REVIEW FOR A SERVICE THAT HAS BEEN PAID IN THE AMOUNT OF $154.00, BUT NO SERVICE RENDERED?

This is by far the best pest service I have experienced in the Lowcountry. They are always on time, have very competitive prices for their quality of service, and always take pride in their work. They stand by their work, the technicians are always friendly, and answer whatever questions we have. I would highly recommend their quarterly pest control service and termite treatment/damage agreement.

We decided to switch our termite bond from Terminix to Palmetto Exterminators, hoping for better service. Palmetto, despite our wishes, worked to a service contract that does not cover a bond (and in bad faith did not make that clear to us via their liaison personnel), and would not honor our request to work out a new contract for a termite bond. $1800 down the drain, thanks a lot.

Techs always do a great perimeter, and eaves spray, and attic bomb, which keeps out ALL outside bugs. Outstanding company. Manager Dalton and tech Adam are the best! Billing staff and Brittany terrific also.
