We use this company for our pest control needs and termite protection. We live in the middle of the woods so there's always bugs around. We've had both Josh and David as techs and they have both been professional and polite and always let us know when they're on the way and give a time frame for when they'll arrive, which I really appreciate.

Highly recommend! We had previously used another exterminator for a very mild problem and they had not been able to address. The service was every other month and on all of them between months they had to send someone out to retreat. We were with them for several years. After giving them any chances to address the issue, I started looking for a new provider. I called and spoke with Innovative Pest Solutions and was impressed with how knowledgeable they were and reassured that they would be able to address the issue. Upon a single treatment, we have not had an issue since. If you have any dissatisfaction with your existing provider, I would highly recommend you give Innovative Pest Solutions a chance.

We signed up with them to take care of mice in our attic. The customer service has been excellent. David has been great coming to the house and taking care if the problem. I highly recommend them.
