Termite Control
Our termite control specialists eliminate drywood and subterranean termites through targeted treatments and advanced fumigation techniques. We conduct thorough inspections to identify infestation extent and recommend customized solutions using Sentricon technology and structural fumigation. With over 50 years of experience, we protect properties from costly structural damage while ensuring treatments meet strict safety standards for families and the environment.
Tent Fumigation
Tent fumigation services eradicate severe infestations of termites, bedbugs, and wood-destroying organisms using EPA-registered fumigants. Our certified operators follow strict safety protocols, including property preparation guidelines and post-treatment clearance procedures. This comprehensive solution targets pests in inaccessible areas, providing long-term protection while maintaining compliance with Florida's fumigation regulations and environmental stewardship requirements.
Bedbug Treatment
Our bedbug treatment program combines heat treatments, targeted chemical applications, and follow-up inspections to eliminate infestations at all life stages. Technicians identify hiding spots in mattresses, furniture, and wall voids, applying low-toxicity solutions that protect occupants while destroying colonies. We provide prevention guidance to minimize recurrence risks and restore pest-free living environments through proven, science-based methods.
Rodent Removal
Rodent removal services address infestations through trapping, exclusion techniques, and habitat modification. Our technicians identify entry points, implement sealing solutions, and deploy humane removal methods for rats and mice. We combine immediate pest elimination with long-term prevention strategies, including sanitation recommendations and structural modifications to deter future infestations while complying with wildlife regulations.
General Pest Control
Comprehensive pest control services target ants, cockroaches, fleas, spiders, and other common pests through integrated management strategies. We apply residual treatments, implement exclusion methods, and offer ongoing maintenance plans tailored to property needs. Report
Our complex was tented in May of 2021. The rep who spoke with the residents said they would OPEN windows and to put a note on any broken windows. Open windows only. They popped our kitchen screen out from the inside. It can only be replaced from the outside. We are on the 2nd floor and it's a window that is not accessible without a tall ladder. The company left our screen hanging. It fell out and we have had no screen; since it's not the complex's doing they won't fix it. Every single day I look at the screen and get reminded that no response back from this company was ever received.
