Friendly guy came by to quote me on closing all openings around my home that rodents could get into, it was 1/3 the price of Orkin. Within a week or so they were by, was a one-day job and also included a 30-day weekly re-baiting of the traps they placed around. Overall very nice people I've spoken with and the worker who did the job as well as a great price, no complaints

Bought a house that had termites--the selling realtor has "a deal" with Geiger for reduced costs for services. I was out of town while this was taking place:I returned home to find that my front door, and back door, were left unlocked by Geiger. And, , as I was not at home, the Geiger employees made themselves comfortable in my home. There was ketchup stains on my new, $249.00 bar stools. I was not happy! Geiger offered to extend my warranty for a year free and clean the offending stool.
I stared receiving renewal notices at $150.00 and questioned Crystal (a Geiger employee) about them--her answer? We offered to clean the dirty furniture or give you a year free warranty! Not the truth! So.: If you use Geiger be forewarned--unless you don't mind your exterior doors being left unlocked for a week! And ketchup on your furniture!

Horrible service. Bad communication. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Somehow our yearly aggregate got "lost" and we had termites 2 years after tenting and they wouldn't stand by the warranty.

Not only did they demand my key despite the fact that I have a keyless entry pad they could have used to fulfill the legal requirements, they were incredibly rude when I tried to explain it including when I told them I called the Dept of Agriculture to double check because they said they wouldn't perform the service without my key. She said they refused to do it without my key because "he's not going to risk his liscence". I'll give them a pass for being rude when they got here and I had a couple of questions because it was pouring out but they also left one of my gates open.

We had our house tented in the pouring rain. 2,000 sq feet. It is hard to review a service that you have not previously needed. I will say that the company was professional and punctual, two qualities I appreciate. They were competitively priced, but when balancing reputation and the cheapest bid, we feel confident that we made the right choice. Our neighbors used this company and word of mouth was key proving their company has stood the test of time.
They got us in quick, within a couple weeks. The take down was somewhat messy because of the pouring rain we'd had throughout the entire tenting process, so mud can be understood. I am pleased so far. I will update once we see if it worked. The guys worked in tandem with communication throughout the entire process. So far, so good.
