I've been a termite service customer for years. Their as-needed service is the best, and IGNACIO LOPEZ is the Inspector I recommend: knowledgeable, fair, helpful, shows you where and if you have a problem. Also tells you if you need service now or in the future. I've never had to tent my home because of an annual inspection and local treatment, as needed. The office staff is responsive, too. Allan B.

The entire experience from beginning to end was much easier than expected. Everyone I spoke to by phone was very polite. Ben did the inspection and found things that Orkin did not.
