Called to ask if they would service a dehumidifier they placed prior to us owning the home. The lady was rude on the phone. Also they did not pull permits when dry spacing the crawl space so we had to pay to have the whole project redone

1. Improve the appointment process. It should not take multiple phone calls to make an appointment. 2. Show up once the appointment is made. Dont leave the customer hanging. 3. Improve inter-offer communication. Once the customer accepts the technician's quote give the customer an appointment and get the work done.

Just wanted to take a moment and thank Adam my Antex rep, for getting my termite inspection done today. He is always on time, conversive and thorough. Always provides good info. This company has been very consistent in their performance, starting with Rachel in the office and the reps in the field. That is why I have been with them for so long!
