So these guys just left, tall lanky white guy, built Mexican guy. They came out for treatment for termites. They were super rushed, took only 10min, and literally LEFT without telling us anything! We have no idea what they actually did and we were so surprised when they were leaving i thought they would tell us what they used or what they did.nothing so unprofessional and I'm confused and very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND use another pest company. Only reason we used sun city, we had a warranty. Otherwise we would have gone elsewhere.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I MEAN THEY CAME OUT ONE DAY THE NEXT DAY THERE WAS TWICE THE AMOUNT OF CRICKETS AND BUGS. CALLED IN TO SEE IF THEY COULD COME BACK OR WHAT WAS THE, NEXT STEP. A WEEK LATER NO CALL. BUT SURE DO GET A CALL TO GET CHARGED ASAP. ALL IN ALL "DO NOT RECOMEND". I WENT WITH TRUELY NOLEN AND BOY OH BOY WHAT A QUALITY DONE SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. I GO OUT SIDE AT NIGHT HEAR CRICKETS ALL AROUND MY, SURROUNDINGS EXCEPT MY HOUSE WELL DONE TRULY NOLEN

Worse experience ever! Detected termites in my house and since I was still under warranty due to being a new construction, I called Sun City for retreatment. They "treated" and a few months later, I detected termite activity inside the house once again! Whatever chemical they used was completely ineffective! So I call them back to retreat and they refused to treat my interior walls. They wanted to charge me because my warranty had lapsed.

So I had to pay now due to their inefficiency and negligence. Their supervisor showed up to my house today and not only was he the rudest. he even raised his voice at us! The nerve! Horrible service!
