I called Antipest as I needed a good flea treatment on the yard. I got a call from Jacob Hawks, the service man, and he was so polite, friendly, and responded quickly. We had scheduled for Tuesday after Memorial Day. Unfortunately our wonderful Louisiana weather did not want to cooperate. He called me every morning with an update on when he might be able to come. Upon first meeting Jacob I felt like he had been our spray guy for years. He was so kind and personable.
