On Saturday we found a bee problem in our basement. No local companies were open so we called one of the big companies and got horrible customer service, but they said they could come on Monday between 1-5. Monday came and I tried calling and calling and couldn't ever get a hold of anyone. No one showed up and finally when I called to cancel, they got me someone who said that my appointment was rescheduled but I was never notified.

I then called Prevent Pest Control right before they were closing and asked if there was any way they could fit me in the next day. The lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful and said she would make sure they fit me in the next day. Dario came and was extremely nice, friendly, knowledgable and helpful!
