Services
Bee Removal
Our expert technicians safely remove both European and Africanized honey bees using specialized equipment and techniques. We prioritize live removal when possible, relocating colonies to safe desert locations or local bee farms. With over 150,000 successful removals since 1998, our team handles swarms and established hives while ensuring safety for residents and pets.
Honeycomb Removal
After bee removal, we thoroughly extract honeycomb and hive materials from walls, roofs, and attics. Our process prevents property damage from melting honey and eliminates attractants for future infestations. This includes cutting access points, complete debris removal, and deodorization to prevent re-infestation by robber bees or scout bees.
Repair Services
We restore structures damaged during honeycomb removal with professional carpentry, drywall, and roofing services. Our skilled tradesmen match stucco patterns, replace insulation, and repaint surfaces to original condition. While operating under Arizona's handyman exemption, we provide three-year warranties on all repair work performed after bee removal services.
Africanized Bees
We specialize in safely managing aggressive Africanized bee colonies that dominate Arizona's bee population. Our technicians use protective gear and specialized techniques to handle these high-risk removals. We educate customers about Africanized bee behavior and provide preventive measures for water features and outdoor spaces to reduce infestation risks.
Emergency Services
Our team responds to bee-related emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We prioritize urgent situations involving aggressive colonies near homes, schools, or businesses. With average response times under two hours, we provide immediate solutions for dangerous bee infestations while maintaining safety protocols for both technicians and property occupants.
Questions
What's the difference between live bee removal and extermination?
Live removal safely relocates bees to desert locations or bee farms, while extermination uses chemicals. We recommend live removal when safe and accessible, but use extermination for aggressive colonies or emergency situations.
How quickly can you respond to a bee infestation?
We respond within two hours for most Phoenix area locations, operating 24/7 for emergency situations. Our technicians carry all necessary equipment for immediate action upon arrival.
Do you handle Africanized bee removal?
Yes, our technicians specialize in Africanized bee removal using protective gear and specialized techniques. Virtually all Arizona honey bees are Africanized, so we treat every job with appropriate safety measures.
What happens if honeycomb is left in walls?
Untreated honeycomb attracts robber bees, causes structural damage from melting honey, and creates lingering pheromone scents that attract new colonies. We recommend complete removal and deodorization to prevent future infestations.
Are your repair services included in removal costs?
Basic repairs are quoted separately. Our three-year warranty covers structural repairs after honeycomb removal. We provide detailed estimates before starting any construction work required.
How can I prevent future bee infestations?
We offer preventive treatments for water features and seal entry points. Regular inspections help identify potential nesting sites. Our technicians provide customized advice based on property characteristics and local bee activity patterns.

Discovered a bee hive in one of our exterior walls. Called The Beekeeper. Jake came out within a few hours to spray the hive and get them under control. A few days later, Marino came out to open up the wall and remove the hive. Both techs were very courteous and answered all my questions about the procedures they were going to do. Marino did an awesome job of patching the wall after he did all necessary work inside the wall. Highly recommend this company.

I have found the Beekeeper on Yelp and have used them twice. The first time I had a hole in a brick building and the bee's created a huge bee hive and they pulled out 50 pounds of honeycomb. The second time was just a few weeks ago and I found bee's in a water meter hole. I called Beekeeper's and was surprised that someone was available and came out the same day. I was not at the location but they called me and I was able to tell them the location of the bee's.

They took are of it very quickly. Beekeeper's called me a week later for the invoice and got this all taken care of. Very convenient. The Beekeeper is very professional and has taken care of all my bee hive problems. If you have a bee hive issue, give them a call. They are my go to bee hive removal company and will for sure use them again

We found a beehive on our back shed on a Wednesday and called The Beekeeper Total Bee control Thursday around noon and Jake came out that afternoon! Thankfully they were able to address the issue that day and within 15 minutes of arriving! He smoked out most of the bees and gave a remedy of how to keep them away in the future!

This was my 2nd bee hive colony, so I already knew that as long as the bees weren't aggressive, there was no need to hit the panic button. I used a different company back in 2018 to remove some seriously aggressive bees. The guy who came out was a flat out jerk. He made it seem like I was inconveniencing him on a Sunday afternoon. Its simple, if you dont want the job, don't answer the phone!

He killed all the bees and I was left to clean up the mess of dead bees, poisoned honey and honeycomb. No advice or pointers on clean up and no referrals to someone that could. Fast forward to April 2021. I called The Beekeepers. From the phone call and on, NIGHT AND DAY difference in service. Sam, the tech who came out, was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He told me about their process and what it really takes to do a proper removal, clean up and future prevention.

They are so sure of their process that they offer an outstanding warranty IN WRITING if you use their company for the entire process. Needless to say, yes I had them do the work and yes, this is the only company I will use in the future. Period.
