We Seal Its home sealing service identifies and seals gaps in walls, doors, and foundations to prevent pests. Using non-toxic materials, we target entry points in both new and existing homes. Our process reduces infestations by up to 95%, offering long-term protection for Arizona homeowners.

Scorpion Proofing

Scorpion proofing focuses on sealing cracks and vents where scorpions enter homes. Our construction expertise ensures all vulnerable areas, including weep screeds and garage walls, are secured. This service is ideal for Phoenix residents in high-risk desert areas.

Bug-Proofing

Our bug-proofing service targets common entry points for insects like crickets and spiders. We seal exterior openings around pipes, vents, and windows, using durable materials to prevent infestations without chemical treatments.

Exterior Crack Sealing

Exterior crack sealing addresses gaps in stucco, wood overhangs, and foundation walls. We use elastic silicone to accommodate settling and weather changes, ensuring a lasting barrier against pests in Arizonas climate.

Interior Sealing

Interior sealing focuses on exhaust fans, registers, and plumbing gaps where pests may enter. We secure these areas to prevent infestations spreading from walls or attics, complementing our exterior desert-proofing services.

Incredible local business that I can't say enough good things about. David is so knowledgable and professional (while still being incredibly personable!). I feel confident that my home was in good hands with him and his crew, and that their attention to detail was remarkable. Thanks for helping to seal up my home! Highly recommend. For context - we have a two story 3,300 square foot home Scottsdale. They sealed both floors without issue!

They were recommended by a close friend. I have significant scheduling limitations and they were available much earlier than I was. Good communication to confirm and coordinate before hand. They were prompt and responsive. For my 2600 home near south mountain, it took about two hours. They did not need to do some things they proposed, so they charged significantly less than the proposed work. I wouldn't have known the difference but it is appreciated. Wore masks for the pandemic, shoe covers, patient with the dog barking at them. I should have called much earlier. If you're thinking you might need their help, just book it and thank me later.

"We Seal It" provides a service to seal your home against desert pests, like scorpions. This service will prevent scorpions and pests from getting into your home using physical barriers (screening and caulking) instead of pesticides. I've used them before, and called them back to seal a new house. Dave Barrera is excellent and his team does a great job. They came in and even fixed a couple issues with my doors sealing and closing properly.

I highly recommend them. If you are looking for additional protection in your home from scorpions, even if you spray and keep a clean yard, this service will give you additional peace of mind and great protection.

Disappointed. Contacted this company, received a quote. Told him I was interested and gave him a date when I would like his service. He told me he should be able to fit me by end of month, and no response. Very disappointing I
