For sixty years, Jim Osborn operated Paratex (Paramount Services LLC) in Seattle and has grown the business throughout the state of Washington by building honest relationships with people who value local experience. Large-scale health facilities, food distribution sites, single-family homes, apartments and some of the area's most beloved restaurants have in common their trust in Paratex to resolve and prevent common northwest pest issues. In 1908 Ruddy Fumigation in Pioneer Square was keeping rats from the Seattle waterfront and docks by putting sulfur pots in the ships' cargo holds.
