I have had Bob and his crew out 3 times. They never come when they say, did not address the issue and locked my door when I specifically requested that a side door be left open. Had to leave work to let my son in after school. As an olive branch he offered me a residential Green program. Bob stated that he would apply my 3 payments to the program. When I told him "Thanks I appreciate it & by the way the problem persists." He got back to me two weeks later and said sorry, no can do!" NOT reliable or effective! I never complain but this was ridiculous!

Bob, the exterminator, was very friendly and informative. He put bait traps throughout the house. Although it was practically at the end of the contract period, he came-out and did the work. NO CHARGE! I am very happy with the service. Service: Rodent extermination
