Wonderful and very personable company! Tara has service my home twice, and she is very professional and kind. I have PTSD. So, having the option of having a woman, and she knows her stuff, is huge. Also, Unlike other major companies, that only seek to lock you into contracts, and charge outrageous fees. It's $75, and they will come back as many times as you want.

Brian Boozer did a fantastic job. We were able to have them come out same day and for a responsible price. Most companies seemed to charge more for the "neighborhood" however Prime pest was fair and honest as well as educational on what to do next with our bees nest.

Yellow jackets had moved into my chimney space and it seemed like a fairly large colony. Brian used a special spray designed for getting rid of them. He shared how he would do it, how long it would take to work and what I could expect. He sprayed them midday and by sunset only a few of the wasps were showing up at the entrance. Next morning (today) I have not seen a single flight-capable wasp. Thanks to Brian for an effective treatment and removal of my worries. Will use them again for sure.
