Services
Residential Pest Control
Our residential pest control service includes interior and exterior treatments tailored to eliminate existing infestations and prevent future pest entry. Certified technicians conduct thorough inspections, apply targeted treatments using gels, dust, and liquids, and establish protective barriers around properties. Quarterly maintenance plans ensure ongoing protection against common household pests like ants, spiders, and rodents while prioritizing pet and family safety.
Commercial Pest Control
Designed for commercial properties, this service combines interior treatments with regular exterior perimeter applications to maintain pest-free environments. We specialize in restaurants, food facilities, and multi-unit complexes, offering rodent control with advanced bait stations and comprehensive termite inspections. Our programs meet industry regulations while minimizing business disruption through scheduled, non-invasive treatments.
Termite Control
We provide advanced termite control solutions for both subterranean and drywood termites using industry-leading products like TERMIDOR. Our process includes detailed inspections, targeted soil treatments for subterranean colonies, and tent fumigation for drywood infestations. Custom-designed programs protect structures from foundation damage, with ongoing monitoring to prevent re-infestation in residential and commercial properties.
Perimeter Treatment
This exterior-focused treatment creates a protective barrier around properties using specialized pesticides applied to building exteriors and surrounding areas. The three-step program eliminates existing pests, prevents new infestations, and includes periodic reapplications to maintain effectiveness. It requires no homeowner presence during service and addresses pests like crickets, silverfish, and ants before they enter living spaces.
Quarterly Maintenance
Our quarterly maintenance program offers year-round pest protection through regular inspections and treatments. This proactive approach addresses seasonal pest activity patterns, ensuring continuous prevention of common invaders like wasps, cockroaches, and rodents. The service includes priority scheduling, property-specific recommendations, and free re-treatments as needed between scheduled visits to maintain optimal pest control.
