Our technicians use premium products exclusively available to licensed professionals. Monthly, bi-monthly, and one-time treatment options ensure customized solutions for every property.
Termite Control
Our termite control services include Sentricon Colony Elimination System installations, local chemical treatments, and whole-house fumigation. We address both subterranean and drywood termites using industry-leading products like Termidor and Altriset. Our methods protect structures while minimizing environmental impact through targeted application techniques.
Rodent Exclusion
We offer complete rodent management solutions including exclusion services, baiting systems, and exclusion repairs. Our technicians identify entry points and implement permanent sealing solutions using foam, screening, and other materials. The 1-year exclusion guarantee ensures long-term protection against mice and rat infestations.
Tree and Rose Care
Our annual tree and rose care service targets sucking pests like aphids and scale insects. We use soil injections for smaller plants and Arborjet trunk injection systems for large trees. This specialized treatment prevents honeydew secretions that damage property and create slip hazards while maintaining plant health.
Termite Inspection
We conduct thorough wood-destroying organism inspections for home buyers, sellers, and refinancing needs. Our inspectors use specialized tools like The Prober and FLIR infrared cameras to detect hidden damage. Inspection reports identify termites, dry rot, and other structural threats with detailed photographic documentation available.
