ASAP was WONDERFUL! I think it was Dave and a helper. We had a bee hive formed/forming above our door, in the roof tiles. These guys showed up on time (maybe even before) and took care of the bee's. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. This happened several months ago and the bee's have never came back and we are sooooo relieved! Thank you ASAP!

If I could give more than five stars I would! I have a really bad wasp problem and they took down six nest that were scattered on my property. I let them know I have my grandma living with me which is why I was scared of her getting stung and that we noticed wasp coming in and out of the ceiling fan on our back patio still after they sprayed. They were so great and came back out and re-sprayed down for me to ease my mind. Thank you guys again! I will be calling you again next spring

When I called, they were able to get out to my property the same day, which was very convenient. HOWEVER. When they arrived at my house and discovered no bees, I was still invoiced for a $145 inspection that took them a total of 15 min and resulted in "Welp, we didn't see any bees but if you get any bees in the next 10 days, we'll apply that cost to your treatment." When I spoke to David, he said he didn't want to argue with me, then proceeded to argue with me about the "value" that his company had provided, essentially just confirming the absence of bees, saying that gas is expensive, and we guys are very busy right now (if they're so busy, how were they able to get to my property within an hour?).
Maybe that's the industry standard, and David did end up negotiating on the cost, but it seems absolutely absurd to me that 15 minutes of their time (plus a short travel, so let's be generous and round up to 45 minutes) and nothing else of substance ended up costing what it did.
