I had originally posted a not as favorable review on Facebook because our rodent issue had not been taken care of after a couple of visits. They reached back out to make sure we were taken care of. We had a difficult and picky house mouse/mice that were not falling for any of our tricks. Our problem has finally been resolved and I am happy with the professionalism from the office staff and our technician, Wayne who made sure to solve our issue. Thank you for restoring peace in our home.

I highly recommend this company! Very professional and very friendly! Will definitely use them again if I need to, but the technician told me since I had a light infestation I may not need it. All I can say is they were great! Services: Cockroach extermination, Rodent extermination

They came out 3 times for bedbugs first 2 times I paid them. I told the guy that I kept seeing bedbugs( he was very nice actually )but after the second time they came out he said I had 30 days warranty after that day because he said he couldn't find any which he did found some on my bed and the couches.well they did came out a 3rd time didn't paid them because it was under those 30 days warranty well when it was time for them to come back the guy told they were gonna charge me because there were still bedbugs which he knew because I told him I kept seeing and even put them on a piece of paper for them to see i was not lying.
I ended up cancelling the appointment I was not happy with the service they did plus they lied saying they were gonna come out every time I kept seeing bedbugs with no charge for those 30 days not true. Will not recommend them at all.

I have been a very happy customer for over 10 years in two different houses. Signature Pest Control is always very responsive and helpful. Every technician I have had in my home has been kind and respectful. They always arrive within the time window and do a wonderful job. They have not hesitated to return when I still have pest issues within 30 days of service. For many years, I also requested a natural treatment for spiders that they happily used. There are few service companies that I would give 5 stars to, but Signature Pest Control most assuredly deserves this rating!
